Peggy's Cove July 14, 2019

I woke up at 8 and hoped in the shower while everyone else was sleeping. We finally got to breakfast at 9:40, 30 minutes before it closed. It had a very nice selection to choose from.
After breakfast, we grabbed the car and headed off to Peggy's Cove. It is a quaint coastal sea town full of artists painting alongside the road as tourists watch and photograph them. We shopped in the small stores and walked to the small lighthouse high on the granite rocks. My grandmother, who was an artist and loved to paint, would have loved it here. I could feel her with me as I walked among the artists.  My mother would have loved it here too, as she loved the sea and lighthouses.

The fog made it even more lovely.

Here's a video I took of the waves while at the lighthouse.

I love the look of the lobster and crab pots.
